Kinda disappointing

Have had this app a while at first it worked pretty good but lately is is continually freezing and non responsive when it does open and I am in the middle of conversion it crashes. It would be a 5 star if they got this sorted out. I am running 10.9 . Not sure if people running 10.7 or 10.8 also have this issue.
